Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most addresses within the United States.
However, we do not currently ship to U.S. islands, offshore areas, U.S. territories, or Las Vegas, Nevada.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- U.S. islands or offshore areas
- U.S. territories
- Las Vegas, Nevada
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
If an order is placed with a shipping address in an area we do not currently serve, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs may vary depending on your location, order size, package weight, shipping method, and any available promotions.
If free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown on the product page, cart page, or checkout page.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after they are shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, holidays, incorrect addresses, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, especially if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be responsible for replacement shipping costs.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first for the latest carrier updates.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Check with your building office, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier office
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your order number.
We will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse processing, package size, or shipping method.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each package may have its own tracking number and delivery time.
Damaged Packages or Products
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Support Email] within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
We may request additional information to help review and resolve the issue.
Please keep the original packaging and damaged item until the issue has been reviewed.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Some locations may be unavailable for shipping due to carrier limitations, warehouse coverage, delivery restrictions, high shipping costs, or local service limitations.
If we are unable to ship your order to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel the order and issue a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided.
Taxes, Duties, and Fees
Sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout where required by applicable law.
For any orders shipped outside the United States, if available, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Blastrix Toys and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
